Slingshot is a business operating system for home service companies that provides lead capture, communication, tracking, automation, pipeline management, AI engagement, marketing attribution, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: sending unsolicited communications, violating applicable laws, infringing intellectual property rights, attempting to disrupt or compromise system security, or using the service to transmit harmful or malicious content.

5. Billing and Subscription

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and intellectual property provided by Slingshot remains our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without authorization.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to Slingshot. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Slingshot may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook, payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers

Slingshot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any specific business result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slingshot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slingshot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program Name: Slingshot SMS Messaging Program, operated by Lavahot Holdings LLC DBA Slingshot. Program Description: By opting in to receive SMS messages from Slingshot, you agree to receive text messages consistent with the consent you provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, customer service communications, service and account notifications, follow-up communications, and other transactional or informational messages. If you separately consent to receive marketing communications, messages may also include promotional messages, product or service information, special offers, and other marketing communications. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Slingshot and the services or communications you have requested. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Slingshot and messages you send to Slingshot. Contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your messaging or data plan. Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a Slingshot text message. After you send STOP, we may send an SMS message confirming your unsubscribe status. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again. To rejoin, opt in again through an available Slingshot opt-in method.
